1. Controller

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese data protection law.

2. Visiting this website

When you open the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser information) to deliver the page and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no analytics services.

3. Contact form

When you write to us via the form, we store your name, email address, optionally your company, the topic, your message and – to prevent abuse – your IP address. We use this data only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete requests once they are resolved and no retention obligations apply, at the latest after 12 months.

Reviews

When you submit a review on the “Reviews” page, we store your name, email address, optionally company and role, stars, title, text and – to prevent abuse – your IP address. After our approval we publish name, company, role, stars, title, text and date on this website; the email address and IP address are never published (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@adintelligence-os.com; we will then remove the review.

4. Using the Ad Intelligence OS app

User account

For registration we process your name, email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash) as well as sign-in and security logs. The legal basis is the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Cookies

The app only uses a technically necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies are set.

Connection with Google (Google Ads, Merchant Center, Google Sheets)

When you connect your Google account, the official Google sign-in (OAuth) gives us access to the areas you approve:

• Google Ads: account structure, campaigns, cost, clicks, conversions, search terms and similar performance data of the accounts you have access to – to create analyses, audits and recommendations.
• Google Merchant Center (read-only): the list of your Merchant Center accounts plus product status and product issues of the account you connect to a project – to analyse Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
• Google Drive (only files created by the app): to create Google Sheets reports at your request. We have no access to other files in your Drive.
• Basic Google profile data (email address, name) to identify the connection.

The access token is stored encrypted. The app makes no changes to your ad account on its own. You can revoke the connection at any time in your Google account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions).

Ad Intelligence OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google data solely to provide the app's features to you. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising and do not use it to train AI models.

Fonts in the app

The app loads the “Inter” font from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google. The website itself uses no external fonts.

5. Service providers (processors)

• Cloudflare, Inc. – hosting, database, file storage and protection against attacks.
• Google LLC – Google sign-in, Google Ads API, Merchant API, Google Sheets/Drive (only if you connect them) and email (Google Workspace).
• Resend – sending system emails (e.g. notifications).

Data processing agreements are in place with these providers. Where data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

We store account and analysis data as long as your account exists. After cancellation, or after the trial ends without a plan, data is kept for 30 days and then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. for invoices). Deleted projects are permanently removed after the trash period.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time. Just write to info@adintelligence-os.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Portuguese Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt, or the authority where you live or work.

8. Security

All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as hashes and Google access tokens only in encrypted form. Only members of the respective workspace can access its data.

9. Changes

We update this policy when the app or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
